Can you work on systems you didn't install?
Absolutely. We regularly help homeowners with systems installed by other companies—whether that’s routine maintenance, repairs, or sorting out problems with poor-quality installations. We’re MCS certified and have the expertise to work on all major brands.
What if another installer won't come back?
Unfortunately, this is common in the renewables industry. Some installers disappear, go out of business, or simply don’t provide aftercare. We’re happy to take over the ongoing support for your system, starting with a thorough assessment to understand what you have.
How much does a service or repair cost?
It depends on what’s needed. We charge a diagnostic fee which is applied to any work we carry out. We’ll always give you a clear price before proceeding with repairs. Annual maintenance agreements offer better value for ongoing support.
Do you offer maintenance contracts?
Yes, we offer annual maintenance agreements that include scheduled servicing, priority response for issues, and discounted repair rates. It’s the best way to keep your system running efficiently and catch problems early.
