Chris Allen Plumbing & Heating Ltd are a Plumbing & Heating company who cover the North Wales area. We have engineers with 28 years’ experience, covering all aspects of our trade. We carry out work on a domestic and commercial level, consisting of contracts for the Welsh Assembly Government, National Building and Utility companies, Local Businesses and Local Domestic properties.

Every customer is treated equally, with us giving excellent service and professionalism throughout. We currently employ 16 local staff consisting of Office staff, apprentices from different levels, Adult trainees and Fully qualified OFTEC, Gas Safe and NIC-Elecsa engineers.

We are Gas Safe registered

Chris Allen Plumbing & Heating Ltd takes gas safety seriously. All of our engineers are on the Gas Safe Register and will have their official identity card when you ask to see it.

Gas Safe Register is the official gas safety organisation in Great Britain.

It replaced CORGI on 1st April 2009. Gas Safe Register is responsible for the registration and regulation of gas engineers. Membership is mandatory for any company or engineer working with gas appliances.

We are OFTEC Registered

OFTEC Chris Allen Plumbing & Heating Ltd

OFTEC is the Oil Fired Technical Association. They are recognised by the Government, oil companies, heating appliance and tank manufacturers as being the acceptable trade body in technician training & assessment for the domestic heating, oil distribution and commercial oil firing industry.

For the oil industry in England and Wales, OFTEC registered technicians are the only people defined as competent and able to self-certify their work without the need for informing the local building control department. To find out more visit the www.oftec.org website.

We are NICEIC & Elecsa registered

NICEIC is the UK’s leading voluntary regulatory body for the electrical contracting industry. It has been assessing the electrical competence of electricians for nearly sixty years and currently maintains a roll of over 26,000 registered contractors.

Contractors registered by NICEIC are assessed on a regular basis to ensure that they are competent and capable of meeting the relevant technical and safety standards, codes of practice and rules of the Schemes they are registered to.
